It is important that you read this privacy notice together with our Class for Kids website privacy policy which contains more detailed information about our data processing and the services they provide.

1.        The data we collect about you

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you as follows:

·        Personal data - We may collect personally identifiable information (such as your         name, email address, and phone number) that you voluntarily provide to us when      you register with us, make a purchase, subscribe to a newsletter, or enter                information on our Sites.

·        Financial Data - such as data related to your payment method (e.g., valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date) that we may collect when you purchase, order, return, exchange, or request information about our services from the Site.

·        Marketing and Communications Data – if you have signed up to receive communications from the club using any of the channels outlined above.

We will only use your personal data for the purpose for which we collected it which include the following:

·        To register you /your gymnast/s with the club

·        To process and deliver your order or merchandise

·        To manage your relationship with us

·        To enable you to participate in a prize draw, competition or complete a survey

·        To improve our website, products/services, marketing or customer relationships

·        To recommend products or services which may be of interest to you

3.        How we share your personal data

We may share your personal data with our governing bodies, as per their regulations. This applies also when entering competitions for your gymnast/s

Third-Party Service Providers - We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including contracted gymnastics coaches, payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, and marketing assistance. These would include Class for Kids, Stripe for payment processing, and the systems used by other clubs for administering competition entries.

4.        International transfers

We may transfer, store and process your personal data outside the UK, if we are using systems that are based outside the UK.

Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data including the right to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and the right to make a complaint at any time to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK regulator for data protection issues (www.ico.org.uk).

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

Photos of Participants

We may take photographs or videos of participants (including children) during classes and events for promotional and marketing purposes. These photos or videos may be used on our website, social media channels, and other marketing materials including local and national press.

Opt-Out Option

If you do not want photos or videos of you or your child to be used, please inform us by selecting this option on your child's class4kids record. We will make every effort to comply with your request and ensure that no identifiable images of you or your child are used in our marketing materials.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy to our Club Handbook, any website, and updating the date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
